Product Description 3M Bristle Disc Mandrel is a tool attachment that holds a small abrasive bristle disc (sold separately). Together, the mandrel and disc enable the user to clean, blend, or finish hard-to-reach areas of a work piece, such as inside corners, complex angles and curves. The mandrel attaches to a rotary tool such as a die grinder or drill. From the Manufacturer The 3M™ Bristle Disc Mandrel 27680 is used on a bristle disc that is 1" or smaller in diameter with a 1/16" center hole, for attachment to a 3/32" drill or collet chuck. The two-piece mandrel has a bolt that is inserted through the center hole of the bristle disc and then tightened into a threaded spindle. The spindle can then be inserted in a 3/32" collet chuck or drill. Max RPM is 30,000.
