The purpose of this book is to provide Memorandums of Law in support of the Common Law, to educate the People of our true Heritage, and to reveal the destructive alterations of our Republic by enemies domestic. Our Heritage is in the Law and our inheritance is Liberty!If we the People do not restore our Republic, acknowledge God, and pass it down to our Posterity we will fail to continue as one nation under God indivisible with Liberty and Justice for all! The Declaration of Independence is the foundation of American Law upon which the Constitution and its cap-stone Bill of Rights rests. The Declaration of Independence was a covenant with God desiring to live under His Law and thereby receive the blessings of His Liberty. Any who would endeavor to interpose will in time be met by His wrath!Whereas, In the preamble of our Constitution, We the People ordained and established that the main purpose of government is to “Establish Justice and Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” We are not under Roman Law as barristers would have us to believe. We are not a democracy as tyrants would have us believe. We are not a Godless nation as atheist would have us believe. We are in fact a Common Law Republic a Christian nation, placing us under the Laws of nature and of nature’s God. Thomas Jefferson summed it up when he said, "My God! how little do my countrymen know what precious blessings they are in possession of, and which no other people on earth enjoy!"Education and a fully informed People, starting in kindergarten is the key to a successful Common Law Republic and a fruitful mind. We need to teach teachers how to teach and hold them responsible when they demoralize the tender minds of our children. There is a common law maxim that makes it a crime for “corrupting the morals of a minor,” we need to enforce it! We have much work to undo from all the damage that has been done to our children particularly in the last two decades or so. And we need to start this immediately!Schools should train up a child in morals; they need to learn that our Heritage is in the Law and our inheritance is Liberty! They need to know what precious blessings they are in possession of, and which no other people on earth enjoy! They need to be taught how to think as they are instructed in their inheritance and other needful lessons.
